My name is Kimberly. I am the owner of Hartman Health and Fitness and the founder of The AYM Method. I created Hartman Health and Fitness because I have a strong desire to help other women have a better relationship with their health and wellness.

I teach others how to implement healthy habits into their lives in manageable ways. We work together to challenge obstacles such as family gatherings, social events, stressful days, and illnesses. We approach our obstacles without judgement and work on ways to overcome them!

Exercise is challenging for a lot of people. I love the challenge of finding ways of getting active that people actually enjoy and feel confident doing.

We discover together different activities and how to fit them into your daily life.

Creating a healthy lifestyle is important to me. I do not like fad diets or quick fixes - they don’t last!

Adjusting your mindset around making this part of who you are, rather something you’re trying to fix, can make a world of difference.

Are you feeling stuck and tired of starting over yet again, especially if you are going through or approaching perimenopause, The AYM Method is for you!

You will start with loads of guidance in phase one, AYM Ignite. This program is meant to help you finally stick to it and create a healthy lifestyle all while fighting changing hormones.

If you’re looking for an easy to follow workout plan, Mindset in Motion might be for you! It’s a monthly subscription with exercises geared to get a solid full body workout each week.

I offer personal training both in the Peoria, Illinois area, as well as online/virtual training. Both personal training options take a deep look into your goals as we work together to come up with a training plan for you!

My Nutrition Audit is for you if you feel like you’re eating well but not seeing any changes on the scale. Maybe you want to get support but aren’t quite ready for a program. Perhaps the accountability is just what you need to get out of your plateau and on the right track!
